scottish tourism week 2 – 9 march 2009

Scottish Tourism Week, now in its fourth year, initiated by STF in 2006 encourages business to business networking and brings together the private sector and elected sector towards a positive single agenda.

2 – 4 March 2009, ScotHot, SECC, Glasgow to be opened by Jim Mather, MSP, Minister for Enterprise, Energy and Tourism.  Seminars will run throughout the three days.

2-4 March 2009, STF Seminars, SECC Glasgow – a series of seminars will run during the three days at SECC including; e-business workshops, future market workshops, life in the industry, and confidence monitor.

3 March 2009 – Scottish Enterprise Conference – ‘Service in the City’

4 March 2009 – Scottish Tourism Week Conference – Coming to Scotland, Uniting to be the Best, Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh. Keynote speaker: John Swinney MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth.

4 March 2009 – STF Parliamentary Reception, Edinburgh. Keynote speaker Tavish Scott, MSP, Scottish Liberal Democrat Party Leader.

9 March 2009 – Industry Dinner, The George Hotel, Edinburgh Keynote speaker John Swinney MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Finance & Sustainable Growth
